Family-Owned Since 1978

Denny’s Electric was founded by Denny and June Haller in 1978. Upon Denny’s passing in 2006, ownership was turned over to his son Cory and wife Joelene. Denny’s son Danny serves as our company’s vice president and operations manager.

Denny’s Electric played a vital role during the oil boom of the ’80s, when we specialized in industrial and service work that propelled North Dakota’s flourishing energy economy forward. In the ’90s we expanded our services to include residential, commercial and agricultural work, as well as generator sales and electric motor repair for a wide range of industries. By 2020, we had already expanded to serve the majority of southwest North Dakota.

Denny laid the foundation for the success our team enjoys today. We remain committed to providing high-quality electrical solutions, no matter the nature or scale of our client’s needs. Our high-tech tools, cutting-edge techniques, safe practices, and commitment to building strong relationships with our clients has made – and will continue to make – Denny’s the top name in North Dakota electrical contractors.

We are fortunate to contribute to the world like we do. Whether we’re automating your home, installing new equipment at your business, upgrading a control system in your production facility, servicing the irrigation system at your farm, or assisting with your municipal improvement project, we will treat your project like what it truly is: an opportunity to improve our community, one inch of wire at a time. We’re also proud to give back to our community in ways that don’t involve electrical work.

At Denny’s Electric, we take pride in supporting and giving back to our community. We are dedicated sponsors of various local organizations and initiatives that contribute to the well-being and growth of our area. Some of the organizations we proudly support include Dickinson Hockey Club, Dickinson Wrestling, South Heart School, New England School, Richardton High School, DVRCC (Domestic Violence & Rape Crisis Center), Make a Wish, Dickinson State University Blue Hawks, Belfield School, Cabin Fever Benefit, The Badland Big Sticks, and the Bismarck Bobcats.

These partnerships reflect our commitment to making a positive impact and fostering a thriving community for generations to come.
